From Shannon:

As a resident in Colorado for over three and a half decades, I've developed a profound understanding of the trust my clients invest in me, a trust I'm committed to honoring each day. As a leading figure and team leader of The SOLD Team, I bring a wealth of experience to the real estate realm.

My journey in real estate launched in 2003, propelled by a growing interest in property investment. During this time, I was nurturing my family as a stay-at-home mom to two wonderful daughters, supporting my husband's venture in owning multiple photo labs across Northern Colorado. As the photo industry evolved, I embraced real estate as my new professional path.

The world of real estate sales and investments quickly became my arena of passion. For the past two decades, I've been deeply involved in aiding thousands of families in their home buying and selling journeys, collaborating with developers and homebuilders on diverse projects, and guiding investors in their property pursuits. This journey has been complemented by my personal investments in residential properties alongside my husband.

The SOLD Team, previously known as The Shannon and Sharon Team, has consistently been recognized as one of America's top real estate teams by REAL Trends. Shannon Blesener and Sharon Herdman, its founding members, have achieved notable rankings in Colorado for transaction volume over the years and are esteemed members of "The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals," a prestigious national accolade.

My dedication to service, unwavering professionalism, and a relentless drive to ensure each client's experience is both seamless and memorable, solidifies my position as a dependable and trusted REALTOR.
