Juan Carachure
Raised in Northern Colorado, I have a deep appreciation for the communities and people that make this area such a wonderful place to call home. Growing up in Fort Collins, attending school in both Fort Collins and Loveland, and living in Greeley for over 10 years has given me strong roots in the region I now proudly serve.
Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My father was a REALTOR, and through him I learned that buying or selling a home is about much more than a transaction—it’s about helping families build their future.
Before pursuing real estate, I spent 15 years in banking, specializing in personal banking, small business banking, and lending services. That experience taught me the importance of trust, clear communication, and helping people make confident financial decisions. Today, I bring that same commitment to every client I serve.
As a bilingual REALTOR fluent in English and Spanish, my goal is simple: to provide honest guidance, exceptional service, and an experience built on integrity. I believe in treating people the way I would want my own family treated and always putting my clients’ best interests first.
My faith and family are at the center of everything I do. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me spending time with my wife and daughter, fishing, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, or making memories with our two dogs, Daisy and Bonnie.
Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property, or planning your next move, I would be honored to help you every step of the way.
