Sondra Huddleston
After working in both corporate and non-profit sectors, I know that there is nothing more rewarding than working through the details with somebody to bring their vision into fruition. Even though a real estate transaction could be the biggest purchase of your life, I firmly believe it’s “the little things” that will bring success to your transaction and experience. From communication to contracts to closing and everything in between, I aim to be faithful in “the very little” so I can be faithful with your “much”—your home, your goals, and your priorities.
I grew up on a family-operated cattle ranch in Yuma County, Colorado, where there was no choice but to do what needed to be done with the tools in hand. This created a certain resourcefulness and dedication that I carry into my career today. While I appreciate all the new and exciting things happening in the Northern Colorado area, small-town and rural living will always hold a special place in my heart, and I would love to share it with you!
Whether you’re looking for your first home, looking to get out of town, or are hoping to diversify through real estate investments, know that I’m here to serve and here to listen. Let’s accomplish big dreams by taking care of the little things!
