Darla Francies
I am very proud of the state that I call home. I am a Colorado native, born and raised in the Denver Metro area. My husband and I decided to make the move to NoCo 25 years ago to raise our family, and have enjoyed being involved in our community. Throughout my career, I have become aware that two factors play a key role in quality of life - education and home ownership. In my previous career in elementary school fundraising, I found it very rewarding to create a positive impact in each school. The communication, time management, attention to detail and organizational skills that I developed during that career have proven useful in serving my clients in the most efficient, successful and professional manner you all deserve.
I have always been passionate about real estate. I believe that home is where everything begins. And I am a true believer that homeownership is the foundation of personal wealth. I am also a true believer that the real estate market is always going to have challenges. My role is to help you navigate whatever challenges come our way, all while helping you achieve your goals. So whether you are a first time homebuyer, purchasing a step-up home, downsizing, or purchasing an investment property, I am here to guide you through the process with integrity.
