Buyers Answers
When you initially meet with your loan originator you should have the following items to begin your loan processing.
- Social Security numbers
- Residence addresses - past two (2) years
- Names and addresses of each employer - past two (2) years
- Gross monthly salary of each applicant
- Names, addresses, account #’s and balances of all checking and savings accounts
- Names, addresses, account #’s, balances and monthly payments of all open loans, including all credit card accounts
- Addresses of other real estate owned
- Loan information on other real estate owned
- Estimated value of personal property
- Money or check for credit report(s) and appraisal fee
- If self employed - consult your loan originator for requirements
- W2’s from the past two (2) years and current pay stubs
- Last two (2) month’s bank statements
- For VA loans only; Certificate of Eligibility (DD214)
