The First-Time Homeowner and Repeat Buyer Tax Credits have expired.  Buyers who have a contract in place as of April 30, 2010 must close no later than June 30, 2010 to qualify for either credit.  Any contracts put in place after April 30, 2010 do not qualify.

Although these tax credits are no longer in place, now is still a great time to buy!  Prices are down, inventory is plentiful and interest rates are low.

Most industry experts agree on the following:
- Interest rates are likely to rise
- Lending requirements will tighten
- Prices in Northern Colorado are unlikely to get much lower, if at all.
Recent trends have shown Northern Colorado
      prices increasing steadily.

If you have recently purchased a home or currently have a
contract on a home, see the links below for more information on the tax credits.
