A project that took nearly 15 months to complete made its long-awaited debut Wednesday night, Aug. 25th, during the Bears' annual Fall Sports Kickoff. The event traditionally serves as a way to celebrate the beginning of another exciting season of Northern Colorado athletics, but this year's party, sponsored by First National Bank, also provided the perfect backdrop to showcase the newest addition to the University of Northern Colorado campus. As a sponsor of UNC Athletics, several Sears Real Estate agents were in attendance including: Ryan Andre, Lisa Michie, Kacie Vaughn, Amy Dollarhide, Bill Khel, Steve Baker, Betty Hinze, Ann Stewart (Transaction Coordinator) and CEO Chalice Springfield.

Windsor Teacher Appreciation Event
The Windsor Teacher Appreciation Event was held at Austin’s in Windsor for all new teachers on August 9th. 35 new teachers attended in addition to the Principals from their buildings and the Superintendent, Karen Trusler. The event was sponsored by the Windsor Chamber of Commerce and other businesses in attendance. Sears Real Estate was a sponser of the goodie bags that each teacher received to show our appreciation and welcome them to the district or their new positions.

Taste Of Windsor
Sears Real Estate participated in the 1st Annual Taste of Windsor at Boardwalk Park on July 22, 2010. The event included 20-25 different local restaurants and festival vendors throughout the evening and took place during the Windsor Summer Concert Series with a performance by The Indulgers, a celtic rock group.

Relay For Life
Sears Real Estate participates each year in the Weld County Relay For Life, raising money for the American Cancer Association.

Despite heavy rains that delayed the start (and scrambled the Jam indoors), event organizers, volunteers and staff pulled off another successful concert!
The impressive line-up and incredible effort by all the people involved proved once again that Greeley is Great From the Ground Up!
United Way Celebration of Excellence
Sears Real Estate was presented the Premiere Pacesetter and Division Awards (Real Estate/Construction) at the March 2010 United Way Celebration of Excellence Luncheon.
These awards are not given based solely on monetary contributions but rather they are recognition for outstanding campaign education & awareness, enthusiasm and special events!
