September 15, 2010. We are very proud of our agents and their success!

Sears Real Estate was also presented with the CARHOF award for the most money donated from our interest bearing account. The Colorado Association of REALTORS® founded the Colorado Association of REALTORS® Housing Opportunity Foundation (CARHOF). CARHOF is a 501(c)3 charitable foundation created in 1990 for the purpose of promoting safe, decent and affordable housing for all in Colorado. CARHOF collects interest on escrow accounts and donates the money to nonprofit and public agencies that help low to moderate income families with their housing needs.

Sears Real Estate agents were honored at the 2009 Greeley Area Realtors Association Awards more than any other real estate office. We are very proud of our agents and their success!
Randy Moser, Sears Real Estate broker/owner, was elected by his peers to serve as the GARA president. Sears Real Estate agent Betty Hinze was given the Distinguished Service Award for her continuous involvement in the local community and non-profit organizations.
In addition, Sears Real Estate CEO Chalice Springfield was honored to receive the Realtor of the Year Award and Sears Real Estate agent Shelley Ball-Paddock was recognized for 25 years of service!
